Network Assessment report

The Network Assessment report provides a clear overview of a customer’s network as it was on a specific date. The report displays the assets, warranties, installed applications, patch status, capacity planning and anti-virus status.

To generate a Network Assessment report

  1. Go to Analytics > Dashboard > Reports.

  2. Select the Network Assessment report and select the report criteria:

    Customer: Select the customer for the report.

    Dates: Select the dates for the report.

    Urgent warranty details only: Select Yes if you want to include urgent warranty details.

    Include utilization details: Select Yes if you want to include usage details.

    Include capacity details: Select Yes if you want to include capacity details.

  3. Click the Export button and select the report format. Click Schedule and Send to send the report later.
